Very uncomfortable rooms and environment. Poor continental breakfast. Old rickety building with loud plumbing.

Its location close to downtown is unbeatable👍🙂

The quick check-in from the friendly staff and the clean, comfortable beds made our stay pleasant. The late train noise was a downside during the night.

Smelled like a hospital. Very noisy. Broken lock on door. Beds were hard. They charged me $3.00 more than what was on the receipt, in addition to $19.00 more than the booking quote. I went back and requested a refund, which they did return $22.00. But it was not worth the money.

Its location was perfect for us. The room was spacious with a nice, comfortable easy chair. I appreciated the free wifi.

We didn't like the bathroom sink separate from the rest of the bathroom, but it was something we got used to. However, the caulking around the bathtub was atrocious. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was entirely too high, and a shelf in the bathroom cubicle would be helpful.

There was price confusion. I had to show them email from you to get price. No pool or hottub which I thought I read ( maybe my mistake). Toilet plugged with minimal paper twice - had to get plunger at toilet side. Smelt like dust, first thing my daughter said. People nice enough. Heater worked. No fridge or microwave like my email receipt said. Will not stay there again. Not what expected.

Run down smelly beds were very uncomfortable

Loved a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Staff was excellent and breakfast was great.

The location was good.

Was old and rundown unlike what was advertised as "new." Not all the rooms had microwave and fridge as advertised. The first room we were given had a big hole in the sheetrock of the wall and there was maintenance supplies on the bed. The second room we were given the blinds on the window were broken and the heat did not work properly.

The hotel was recently refurbished and clean, it had free wi-fi, its location was magnificent close to downtown. The rooms were updated and nicely decorated, had a shower and hair dryers in the bathroom. Helpful and amiable staff gave advice on things to do.

Had an awesome time! The rooms were clean and comfy. The breakfast bags were a nice touch.

Clean room, comfortable bed, with a convenient location close to hiking trails, allowing easy exploration of the area .

Comfortable beds made for a decent night's sleep, and the staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. Having the option to check in early was greatly appreciated, along with the nice touch of allowing pets. Daily housekeeping was inconsistent and there were nearby noise disturbances that impacted the experience.

The room was clean and provided a comfortable bed, meeting my business needs perfectly. The location offered easy access to local dining options, a major plus. The 24-hour business center was useful for printing documents and stayed stocked with supplies. The complimentary breakfast, albeit basic, was appreciated.
